Return Policy for ME & The Robots

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. ME & The Robots will cover the cost of these returns.

Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address: If an address provided is insufficient, the shipment will be returned to ME & The Robots' facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to ME & The Robots' facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Sealed Goods: ME & The Robots does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons.

Buyer's Remorse: ME & The Robots does not refund orders for buyer's remorse. Returns for products, face masks, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.

EU Consumers: According to EU regulations, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
