Delivery and preorders

Delivery arrangements depend on the product and destination. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Wave 3 preorders

Wave 3 is available to preorder on purple vinyl, CD and digital, including bundles. Full payment is taken at checkout. Wave 3 is released on 24 February 2027. Physical album editions are held for dispatch around the album release; dispatch timing will be confirmed separately. The digital album is delivered on release and is not an immediate download.

If an order contains a preorder, its physical items stay on hold until every physical item in that order is ready. Products fulfilled by different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels. The digital Collector card invitation is separate from album delivery and does not mean the album has shipped.

Other products

Some clothing and merchandise is made and fulfilled by Printful. Production and delivery estimates depend on the item and destination; refer to the product information and checkout. Preorder timing takes precedence where an order includes a preorder.

Tracking and questions

Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. For a delivery question, missing parcel or damaged item, email hello@meandtherobots.com or use the contact form and include the order number. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, photographs help the support team investigate.
